Summer Stroke Clinic
Now that we are coming to the end of the summer, it is always a good idea to get back in touch with the water and do some work on your strokes before the season begins. The summer stroke clinic is a great way to get back in the water and work on your technique.

Summer Stroke Clinic

Sprung - Jul. 20, 2011 OSHAWA AQUATIC CLUB SUMMER STROKE CLINIC WITH HEAD COACH GORD SPRUNG & HEAD AGE GROUP COACH CHRIS ELLUL Now that we are coming to the end of the summer, it is always a good idea to get back in touch with the water and do some work on your strokes before the season begins. The summer stroke clinic is a great way to get back in the water and work on your technique. The clinic will take place at Rotary pool from 5-6PM August 22-26, 2011. You can register by filling out the form below and mail it to me Gord Sprung 10 Bliss Crt Whitby, ON., L1N 9V5 Or you can e-mail me at glsprung@rogers.com, I will send a confirmation back to you to let you know you are registered. Or call 905-430-5307 Dates: August 22-26, 2010. Cost: $50.00/swimmer. Fees are due on the first day of the clinic. Please keep in mind that returning swimmer registration is Thursday September 8, from 6-9PM at the Civic. It will be in the Program room upstairs. Please fill out and detach the registration form. Make your cheque payable to the Oshawa Aquatic Club. Space is limited so to ensure your spot, register early.
