Summer Stroke Clinic
Now that we are coming to the end of the summer, it is always a good idea to get back in touch with the water and do some work on your strokes before the season begins. The summer stroke clinic is a great way to get back in the water and work on your technique.

New Eastern Canadian Championships Qualifier
The Central Region Championships in Etobicoke ended on a fabulous note as Mackenzie Vierhout Qualified for the first time to go to the Eastern Canadian Championships.
